SPF Protection in Web Hosting
If you host your domains in a web hosting account on our end and we handle the emails for them, you'll be able to activate SPF protection for all of them with several clicks inside your Hepsia Control Panel. This service can be found in a separate section where you'll be able to see which domains are already protected. For the ones that aren't, you will be able to activate the SPF protection option and manage various things during the process - the hostnames of the mail servers that are allowed to send messages from your e-mail addresses, the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses of the servers, as well as to create a rule that email messages can be sent only when your domain names use our MX records. The last mentioned solution is the most secure one, but it can be used if we handle the emails for your domain names and you are not using another e-mail provider. The new records will propagate within one day and nobody will be able to forge the FROM field in an email with your email addresses.
SPF Protection in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you host your domain names in a semi-dedicated server account from our company, you will be able to use the SPF protection feature as part of the standard collection of services that you will get using this kind of hosting. Starting the protection involves just several easy steps in the Hepsia Control Panel, so that even in the event that you've never employed this type of function before, you won't have any type of problems. Using a really easy-to-navigate interface, you will simply need to input the details of the mail server that will be permitted to send messages from your e-mail addresses - its hostname (mail.server.com) and IP address (IPv4 or IPv6). As soon as the newly created record propagates, nobody will be able to counterfeit any e-mail for that particular domain and send out messages from a server different from the one you have typed in. This doesn't necessarily have to be our mail server, still in case we take care of your e-mails, you can activate an extra level of security by selecting an option that e-mail messages can be send out from addresses @your-domain.com only in case the domain employs our MX records. Our tech support staff will be able to assist you 24/7 if you have any questions related to this service.
